i was annoyed that the air conditioning didn't work in my room the staff said this was intentional i had to have the window open to cool the room down but the trams passing kept me awake the shower also flooded

the staff were great. i forgot my phone charger in the room after checking out, they mailed it to me free of charge! it was a kind gesture. the location was convenient, close to a tram stop. it made getting around easy.

The room was quite small, smaller than i expected it to be. there wasn't much space to move around. the bathroom was small as well. It felt a bit cramped when i used it.
