i liked the location near alsacia metro station. it provided easy access to the city center. the room was spacious. i appreciate the coffee and tea making facilities provided.

the bed was very squeaky. the mattress was quite hard. the water in the shower would become boiling hot sudden. i had to keep the windows open due it was hot in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The reception staff was friendly and cute, which I appreciated. The hotel's location was convenient for attending a concert at the Civitas Metropolitan Stadium. Transport links were good and cheap.

The air conditioner was damaged, so I had to keep the windows open. This was not ideal. The lack of water in the evening and the next morning was very inconvenient.
