A Few Hiccups During My Stay

The location is good.. a short walk to the city center.

The self check-in was a mess. The welcome email lacked clear instructions. I seemed like I was in an escape room trying to figure out how to get in. It was also a safety concern with heavy luggage and limited access for those with mobility issues. Not a highlight of the trip.

mobile keytrash policy

The mobile key was a real HEADACHE. i arrived late, and the app just would NOT work. i had to bother other guests just to get INSIDE. and don't even get me STARTED on the trash policy. I was like i was paying THEM to do MY chores.

the apartment was clean. the location was good for accessing the city.

The mobile key app did not work well. i was locked out late at night with no staff available. contacting security was unhelpful. they only suggested logging in and out of the app repeatedly. This process took hours and caused significant stress.

The supermarket next door seemed convenient. I did manage to pick up some snacks.

The app they use did not work. I stood outside at midnight for an hour just to get in. Customer service was not helpful. They could not resolve my check-in issue over the phone. It marred the beginning of my stay.
