The location is great as everything is within walking distance. the staff was amiable and always ready to assist with directions. i got waffles every afternoon. They were a yummy treat..

The bathroom was quite small. It was hard to move around. my room faced an inner courtyard so the view was minimal. housekeeping only visited my room once so i had to request fresh towels.

the staff were helpful.

the kitchenette in my room was impractical , it was right next to the bed. I found it hard to use because there was no table for eating. most of the power outlets needed repair.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful with local tips. The free coffee and cookies available anytime were really nice. I also enjoyed the waffles in the evening. It was a great touch. The hotel even provided a pizza cutter when I brought back an unsliced pizza from a nearby restaurant.

I noticed the shower water did not drain well, and my ankles were in water during showering. I reported this issue at reception, but the response lacked concern.

fantastic stay!

I really liked the free coffee and cookies available in the reception area. This made it easy to chat with other guests and share experiences. i appreciated the waffles with brown cheese offered in the afternoon. the staff were amazing. They were friendly, cheerful, and always helpful. the location was superb. It was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

the elevator was not working sometimes.
