Underwhelming stay. Some issues noticed
faulty air conditioning uncomfortable temperature
the location was convenient for getting around the downtown area.
My air conditioning barely worked during the entire stay. The room got uncomfortably warm. i reported it multiple times, but staff only offered a fan on my last night when the hotel was supposedly full. they suggested consideration for a future visit, but it was a disappointing experience given the room's temperature.

the room was very clean. i found the staff to be friendly. the hotel's location was also great.
The gym hours were restricted. i also noticed that pool hours were limited. there were extra fees charged at checkout. I was unaware of them beforehand.

convenient parking direct elevator central location spacious room
I found convenient car parking with elevators going directly to the room. The location allows short walks to many shops and eateries. Check-in was easy. The room was very spacious and clean.
The internet signal seemed a bit weak and unstable, slightly inconvenient.
