Superb Stay!

tea facilities coffee facilities friendly host front door key

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. The cooked breakfast featured a good selection of cereals. I found the host to be lovely and friendly , I appreciated her hospitality. I received a front door key , it provided flexibility to come and go as I pleased.

The bar downstairs was not staffed , therefore , I had to seek drinks elsewhere.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to winter gardens. It has an excellent location close to central pier. This location provides convenient access to area attractions.

Breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. I was happy with the really good breakfast. The breakfast options were extensive , I found something to suit my taste.

The owners were very friendly and they showed great pride in their work. I found that they were always on hand when needed. The host was always available should anything be required.

clean room maintained room good breakfast

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was always on hand if I needed anything. A really nice couple runs the hotel. Breakfast was good and location is excellent for winter gardens.

The hotel don't tell you anything about the place just here your keys I going out.

Decent Stay with Missed Amenities

My stay presented some disappointments. The bar downstairs never seemed to be staffed. It forced patrons to seek drinks elsewhere. I also discovered that breakfast was not included in my rate. The host did not escort me to my room upon arrival. She merely handed over the keys. The host then announced she was going out. This I found impolite.

great stay close to the pier

clean room convenient location

the hotel room was clean and tidy. the available amenities met my needs . i found the location convenient for accessing the central pier (it's just a short walk). breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety of cereals).

the bar downstairs was unattended . i had to go out to find a place for a drink. it was a minor inconvenience.

the family room was huge it easily accommodated us all. the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. the owners were very friendly and helpful .

the bar downstairs wasn't always staffed so we occasionally went elsewhere for a drink

clean room superposed bed easy arrival

The family room was clean. It included a superposed bed which my daughters really liked. Caroline made arrival easy.

There was a bar downstairs, but no one was there to serve.
