Really good stay!

The location is central. It allows easy access to main attractions. The room was spacious and included arm chairs with a coffee table. I found a compact but full kitchen that featured a four burner stove, full size fridge, an oven and a dishwasher. The daily room spruce kept everything tidy.
The parking spaces were narrow. This made maneuvering a bit difficult. Different parking spot were needed. Each time because of the lack of assigned spaces. More spacious parking would improve convenience.

Check-in was simple and friendly. The staff was efficient. Daily room service was offered, WHICH helped maintain cleanliness. The team addressed all requests quickly.

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for five adults. the location was great , as everything is in walking distance ,we had enough room to all spread out. the two outdoor balconies were great . One had a lovely view down to the lake , and the second bigger balcony was perfect for a few extra people. it was very serene and private overlooking a little brook , as you watched the world go by.
the limited number of parking spaces was an issue , and the height is limited to about 180cm. checking time is only from 3 pm to 5:30 pm, just a 2.5h timeslot , which is not really friendly. even though i paid the accommodation in advance , if you check in after 5:30 pm, you have to provide your credit card number and expiry date via phone call to get the instruction on how to get the key. otherwise , you will not get the key to your room.

The room layout was great with a full kitchen and full fridge freezer. The ceramic hob, oven, and fridge looked BRAND new. The hotel provides free parking, a huge bonus. The staff members were nice and accommodating. They helped.
