quirky charm and great service

helpful staff quieter room lively pub tasty food

the staff was helpful and accommodating. when i requested a quieter room away from the road the staff immediately moved me. the b&b sits above a lively pub creating a unique and cute atmosphere. the food available in the pub downstairs was tasty and filling.

the bed was a little soft for my liking leading to a slight back discomfort.

friendly staff short walk busy road no breakfast

the staff were really FRIEndly . it is just a short walk from the DLR station. the pub downstairs offers a lovely selection of food and drinks. the shared bathroom was clean and had all required amenities.

the road outside was somewhat busy throughout the night, so sleep was difficult. there was No breakfast available in the mornings. this was a disappointment.

i appreciated the staff's quick response to my request for a quieter room. they happily moved me from the roadside to a more peaceful room. the hotel sits atop a pub, and i liked the lively atmosphere there. the provided fan was useful given the warm weather .

the shared bathroom lacked mirrors and i had to go downstairs to request teabags, making me feel uneasy.
