The room was very clean. the staff were very friendly, and i found this cute. it was close to the train station, so i could reach every spot i wanted to visit just by walking from the hotel. I did not need to take any means of transportation.
i felt unsafe at all times because of the location. there are people selling drugs on the street. there are men loitering outside so i had to be vigilant at all times.

The hotel was a short walk from the hauptbahnhof. This was very convenient. the room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. there was a mini-bar, a safe and free wifi. the staff were very kind and helpful.
the hotel didn't have air conditioning in the room, only a fan. it was a warm day so i was hesitant about the water they offered for an extra fee.

The hotel stored my luggage for free before check-in. The single room included one sofa, chair and even a refrigerator, which I appreciated! The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located near Westend.
The surrounding area near the station felt unsafe at night. This was a concern for me. I wish the hotel could do something about the surrounding area. The management can not change it I know.
