a few issues

damp smellmouldy grout
The room smelled strongly of damp (i think they tried to cover it up with air freshener). the bathroom was tiny. It seemed like a cupboard. i noticed mould in the grout and sealant. also, the windows didn't open, so the room felt stuffy.

Really good Hospitality and Comfort

clean roomcomfortable bedfriendly ownergreat location
The room was really clean, and the bed proved very comfortable. The owner was SO friendly. His hospitality stood out. I appreciated the provision of bottled water, biscuits, and sweets upon arrival. The location is great. I had easy access to various attractions.
The fan light had a setting that was too bright.
