excellent location helpful staff varied selection

I found the location to be excellent. It was close to everything (especially temple bar!). i was grateful that the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. i particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts served each morning, with a varied and plentiful selection. the room decor was lovely.

my room faced an alley, and i experienced considerable noise at night, a bit disruptive to my sleep (street noise is noticeable).

The hotel has a very clean and modern design. My room included a large television with casting capabilities. The hotel staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions. I also appreciated the quietness of the room, despite its location in the city center.

The in-room safe was not functioning properly. It required multiple attempts to lock and unlock. I reported the issue, but it was not resolved .

the hotel's location proved advantageous for seeing the sights. its central situation made access straightforward.

My room was surprisingly small. it felt cramped with luggage and moving around became difficult. the noise from outside was persistent, even late into the night. Street activity seemed to never fully quiet down and the window insulation wasn't effective.
