It offered a wide variety of choices! the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from check-in to the restaurant. my room featured complimentary tea, coffee, and croissants upon arrival. the hotel provides free airport transfers, convenient for my early morning flight.
the room needed a touch more attention to detail in cleaning, though overall, the hotel was immaculate.

my room was a signature double or twin room. it was spacious and very clean. the personal touches, like the name on the tv screen, added a lot.
The restaurant service was slow. I had to ask to order. our drinks were forgotten.

inattentive stafffaulty television
the television was not functional the remote control did not correspond with the tv brand the reception staff could have been more attentive to guest needs i checked out around 6.25am but the staff member did not inquire about my stay they also failed to mention my €50 deposit the service was disappointing for a first time guest here

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing
microwaved mainslumpy custard
the food really let me down. i had dinner in the "new yorker" restaurant, it was not good. my main course seemed microwaved and lacked any real flavor. dessert was also a disappointment, with lumpy custard. it was a frustrating experience, especially given the prices.
