The location WAS convenient for the NEC.

The room was not what i expected. The furniture looked old, and there was a musty smell in the air. It was AWFUL.

the staff was very friendly. the bus stop to the airport was a very short walk away. the host was wonderful and the rooms were warm.

the shower room tiles needed some work, though that was a minor detail.

nigel was very accommodating. he ensured i could check in early. room 11 was clean. the bed provided excellent comfort, resulting in a good night's sleep. nigel arranged a taxi to the airport. the journey was short. the food available at the hotel was lovely.

the breakfast times were quite limited, which presented a slight inconvenience.

the room provided power points next to the bed. light switches were also within easy reach. high levels of cleanliness were evident throughout the hotel, reflecting meticulous attention to detail.
