poor insulation malfunctioning temperature control
I experienced ANNOYING noise insulation. I could clearly hear footsteps and doors banging, significantly disrupting my sleep. The temperature control in my room malfunctioned, and staff initially suggested i open a window despite the cold weather. THIS reminded me of a substandard solution for a supposed 4-star hotel.

the breakfast offered many tasty products! the breakfast area seemed spacious. the room was quite big and comfortable. it looked fresh. the staff provided good service.

clean room superior upgrade helpful staff
i found the room very clean upon arrival. i got upgraded to a superior double room. the staff helped me print tickets for an event, this shows great care.
the noise insulation was lacking, i could hear conversations and footsteps that disrupted my sleep.

wonderful stay near the exhibition center
modern style superb staff solid facilities breakfast options
I found this hotel to have a modern, minimalist style with excellent quality. the staff were superb and the facilities were solid, which charmed me. i particularly enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. It had many options to start my day right. the bar area was nice, and the outdoor space was a plus in the warm weather.
the walk to the town center is around 25 minutes. it is probably best to use a taxi sometimes, especially when you are tired or the weather isn't great (though i do enjoy a good walk!).
