I experienced ANNOYING noise insulation. I could clearly hear footsteps and doors banging, significantly disrupting my sleep. The temperature control in my room malfunctioned, and staff initially suggested i open a window despite the cold weather. THIS was like a substandard solution for a supposed 4-star hotel.

i found the room very clean upon arrival. i got upgraded to a superior double room. the staff helped me print tickets for an event, this shows great care.
the noise insulation was lacking, i could hear conversations and footsteps that disrupted my sleep.

I found this hotel to have a modern, minimalist style with excellent quality. the staff were superb and the facilities were solid, which charmed me. i particularly enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. It had many options to start my day right. the bar area was nice, and the outdoor space was a plus in the warm weather.
the walk to the town center is around 25 minutes. it is probably best to use a taxi sometimes, especially when you are tired or the weather isn't great (though i do enjoy a good walk!).
