convenient location available charger lovely en-suite
The location is very convenient. i found chargers and dressing gowns available. i appreciated the en-suite facilities. They were lovely and very clean.

i found the accommodation spotlessly clean. it was very well equipped also. the selection of snacks was amazing, and it was good value for money.
the room was really small, it was almost crowded.

simple check-in clear instruction equipped kitchen water leakage tv socket unlockable window
the self check-in process was simple. the instructions provided were clear, and the lockbox system was straightforward. the kitchen was equipped with utensils and cookware. the room had fast wi-fi, which allowed me to get work done.
i discovered water was leaking from the bathroom above. it tracked down into the tv socket. this made me worry about an electric shock. the window did not lock.

excellent stay with thoughtful touches
clear instructions many options large tv
instructions were very clear for arrival (i followed them with no issues). the communal room had many options for breakfast and snacks. i especially appreciated the large tv and gaming console in the room. it was a nice surprise!
the room was cozy, i would have liked a bit more space.

the communal kitchen featured many items for breakfast. fresh produce, drinks, and treats were available. this included everything one could desire for a quick meal or snack.

my room had stylish decor. it also featured a well-equipped en-suite bathroom. thoughtful extras like books and games were provided (a nice touch!).

the hotel benefits from a great location. it provided easy access to the tube and buses. nearby shops and amenities were also easily accessible.

the owner was flexible about luggage storage. i was able to leave my luggage after checkout. this allowed me to explore the area without any extra baggage.

the room was at least clean.
The room was so small. It felt crowded with two people. one side of the bed was against a wall. there were no bedside lamps, only the main overhead lighting.

I found the communal lounge comfortable. It was stocked with fresh produce. Drinks and treats were provided. I was felt relaxed .
The room felt a bit crowded to me. One side of the bed was against a wall. There were no bedside lamps, only the main overhead lighting.
