Really good City Center Stay
central location attentive staff
The hotel location was superb. It was within easy walking distance of many popular attractions and various restaurants. Complimentary items upon arrival were a nice touch. The service throughout my stay was really good. I really appreciated the attentive and helpful staff.
The room size was a bit small for my liking. I found the bathroom to be particularly cramped. There was not much space around the toilet.

Amazing stay in a central location
helpful staff sunny sun-deck airy restaurant city view
The staff was very helpful , with excellent service provided. Breakfast featured a bright, airy restaurant, so a balcony was great on warmer mornings. The sun-deck looked lovely, I found the city view from it great! Cocktails at the rooftop bar were also great. Though the dimmer light levels at night might not be for everyone.
The elevators were sometimes a bit slow. But it was never a major inconvenience.

The hotel is very central, placing it near many restaurants. Public transportation options were nearby. Using Bolt was easy for getting around and the location, was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The room had many amenities. This included bottled water provided daily and a Nespresso machine. I found the rooftop bar really good, so it provided great views of the city. The staff was attentive. Requests were handled quickly.

Breakfast offered a fabulous array of food choices in a beautiful room. Tiled walls and city views added to the experience. The restaurant staff were very nice. The rooftop bar provided excellent drinks and food with amazing views.

a mixed bag, location good, some letdowns
small room unstaffed bar
the location was pretty good for getting around (right by the metro, i think).
I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, felt cramped actually. also, getting the room serviced was an issue. It wasn't done by 3 pm several times. the bar downstairs was pretty much unmanned, and the rooftop bar was unusable due to the sun or the threat of rain.
