sagged mattress old pillows

The elevator was quite small It barely fit one person plus luggage. My room's mattress sagged. I requested a change, but it did not happen. The pillows felt old. They left only one new pillow on the bed and it was only for one person.

great selection convenient location efficient staff lovely balcony

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of foods. the location was very convenient for exploring the city. the staff members were friendly and efficient, and they addressed all my needs promptly. the room had a lovely balcony where i could watch the street activity each evening

the elevator is quite small. it accommodates a maximum of two people with small bags.

a good stay in a superb location

helpful staff authentic dinner varied breakfast

The staff were very helpful (especially igor and luis!). they gave us some great advice, recommending 'taberna da rua das flores' for an authentic portuguese dinner. It was superb! the breakfast offered a great variety, with a buffet always well stocked and live piano music each morning adding to the pleasant atmosphere.

the room was a bit small, making it slightly difficult to move around with luggage.

generous breakfast lovely pianist central location

i found a great room here and the breakfast, yummy. everyday a pianist added a lovely touch to breakfast. the staff always offered water and i liked that the location was very central.

my room was small, this meant i could not hang my coats because the room have no hooks.

great location renovated rooms

The hotel was close to the water and a shopping mall. Both were within walking distance. a steak house was next door. i could use the gym at a larger hotel across the street. the rooms were renovated with nice tiles in the bathroom.

the room had no information regarding the hotel. there was no wifi code and no phone in the room. i had to go to the lobby to figure things out.

small room inadequate wardrobe

The staff ensured luggage storage before check-in went smoothly and was well-organized.

My room was unacceptably small. I found it challenging to move around. Entering the bathroom required strategic maneuvering to close the door without hitting the shower. The wardrobe was also inadequate, as it offered only four hangers and insufficient space for even a small suitcase.
