the staff was so friendly and helpful during my entire stay! the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including fresh pastries and fruit, a perfect start to each day. i liked the complimentary slippers and robes. the location was superb.
The room was a bit small. There was minimal space for luggage storage.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops.. It provides easy access to major attractions. My room was always very clean after the cleaners came. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant in the evening.
The bathroom door could stick a little, and it took a bit of effort to close it completely.

The hotel has a very central location. Metro and the famous 28 tram are nearby. It is not far to the bus stop, the tuk-tuk stand, and the Elevador. Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes.

the location was really central, a major plus. it was easy enough to get around from there.
i was pretty annoyed to find the room wasn't properly soundproofed (i could hear everything going on outside). the street noise at night made it difficult to sleep well. also, the breakfast was not great (it didn't have much variety).
