clean room good facilities 24-hour food

The service at reception was very accommodating (I was met with a warm smile). Clean rooms included good facilities. I appreciated the lounge having 24-hour food and drink. It was a huge bonus.

comfy bed clean bathroom frequent announcements open roof

the room was clean. the bed was also comfy and the bathroom was good. the temperature in the room was cool.

Airport announcements occurred every 45 minutes. This interrupted my rest. the room's roof was open, so i could hear every sound from other guests.

great range healthy menu accommodating staff

i loved that the lounge offered showers! it helped me freshen up so much during my wait. they also provide food, a really good and healthy range of options. the staff was accommodating and friendly!

the nap room included a bed, desk, chair, air conditioning, and a tv! it had clothes hangers too. the 6-hour nap gave me time to catch up on sleep before my connecting flight, which i needed.

the shower area has shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand wash, and moisturizer dispensers. it also includes a hairdryer and mirror. toiletries included slippers, cotton tips, cotton pads, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, and a shoe sponge, so i didn't lack anything!
