I appreciated the easy access to transport options and the airport. The MRT station was a short walk. There was also a supermarket and many restaurants close by, a really convenient perk. The staff were helpful with my requests, particularly regarding parking. The comfortable bed and quiet room.
The tv was a rather old model and already had some green line due to screen burnt.

the location are great. i was super close to the mrt and one stop to changi! made travel super easy. the hotel themselves are modern, and the comfy bed met my needs perfectly. i feel happy about it!
the reception area are small. it feels cluttered with left luggage just lying in the hallway! the a/c were uncontrollable, too. it are noisy even on the lowest setting.

the room was comfy, and the bed ensured a good night's sleep. i stayed only one night, but the service and room facilities were really great. i liked the tv menu. i could chill out in a big bath tub. i would repeat this stay next time.
i forgot an expensive package, and i tried to contact them many times. unfortunately, no one picked up the phone or answered my messages, and it was disappointing.

The staff was always ready to help , and I found them quite efficient. The room included very secure WiFi from a branded equipment. The location is near the MRT station . This made traveling around the area simple. I also liked the room . It felt spacious.
The gym was small , but it was still nice to have it available.
