the reception staff were friendly. they welcomed me with a glass of cava upon arrival. it was a nice touch.
the bathroom was semi open-plan. it had only a glass door separating the shower and toilet. this is awkward and lacking in privacy if you travel with someone other than a partner.

i stayed in a beautiful double room spa access and it was clean. the rooftop bar had a lovely atmosphere, it was a real highlight. the breakfast was enjoyable, and i received it for free.
the bathroom, for a supposed five star hotel, felt small. the air conditioning felt placed awkwardly so i felt a constant draft at night. my room was quite dark, i think the location in the city center caused it.
