central location wonderful selection helpful staff

i was so excited that the hotel was steps away from the main square. the location made exploring the city easy! breakfast offered a wonderful selection too and the staff was helpful. they really were great too ensure i had everything i needed. the staff helped me with directions and recommendations and even booked a tour for me.

the room was next to the elevator so it was a little noisy at times.

central location, disappointing details

cramped room lacking breakfast

The location was certainly central. i was looking forward to a comfortable stay. however, some things were off. the room felt a bit cramped despite being a beautiful room. coffee and milk weren't automatically refilled. I had to find a cleaner to get more. the hotel sends daily emails asking about satisfaction, but they did not reply when i expressed dissatisfaction. breakfast seemed nice but lacked quality, and items weren't replenished regularly.

I found the room very clean. The location allows quick access to main attractions. Breakfast included many choices with great food quality. I appreciated the staff that helped me with directions.

The bathroom had a slight odor from the drainage, but it was minor.

the location could not be more perfect it was central. the breakfast had good pastries and savoury items i enjoyed. the room offered nice amenities and thoughtful touches made me smile. i found the bed unbelievably comfortable and i slept well thanks to blackout shutters.

the coffee and milk were not refreshed automatically i had to find a cleaner to request more.
