The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and neat. The location in Paddington made it easy to get around. The high quality hair dryer was a nice touch.

The air conditioning did not seem to work very well. The room was warm, and sleeping was uncomfortable. The sound of doors opening and closing was constant and loud. It caused broken sleep.

the location was great for getting around the city the pool area was a real highlight. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions i had

the coffee cups in the room were too small and easy to spill i wish they had provided larger mugs
