faulty remoteweak shower
The room was nice but it had some issues. the tv remote didn't work properly. It kept sticking. also, the shower pressure was quite weak. it made rinsing off shampoo a bit of a chore, unfortunately. i wish these small things had been better, but they weren't.

perfect locationcomfortable bedstrong smell
the location was perfect and the room was very clean. staff were helpful and i even had a balcony. the beds are comfortable there.
previous occupants had cooked a very strong meal and i could not get the smell out of the apartment

the staff were amazing. himanshu was helpful at the front desk and offered good advice. everything was well-kept and very clean. our two bedroom upgrade was spacious.
i noticed a slight cigarette smoke odour when i first entered the room, but it dissipated quickly.

the hotel is near the museum train station, a short walk. i found multiple dining options nearby, from grocery shops to excellent restaurants. this made it easy to explore and find meals.

The staff was friendly. The apartment had everything I needed. The location allows easy access to nearby eateries (I especially enjoyed the variety of options!).

the room was serviced every day. catalina and all the staff were excellent. they helped me with all my requests.
there is not a check in area to park out the front of the hotel, i noticed. parking is stacker style and it can take time to drop car off and then get it back again. i think it's also a very expensive parking rate!
