FANTASTIC Hotel Experience!

The location is AWESOME! It's central to everything, yet the room above the pub remained very quiet. Check-in and check-out were both QUICK and easy processes.

The floors were REALLY squeaky. Getting around the bed was also a bit tight, and I sprained a toe as a result. Sheets should be replaced for better laundered ones.

The security personnel was very helpful, and I think other venues can learn from this. Staff members were very friendly, helpful, and ready to offer assistance whenever needed.

the location amazed me, near the metro station. staff gave great service and were all helpful. i enjoyed having lunch downstairs. the rooftop cocktail bar offers a really lovely experience, particularly at sunset.

i found no hooks in the bathroom for hanging our towels or hand towels. also, the dirty fan on the ceiling had plenty of dust. i wish there were hooks in the bathroom and a clean fan.

The regI room offered an unbeatable view of the bridge from its open air balcony. Comfy lounges made relaxing there easy. Staff helpfully held bags upon our early arrival and secured us a spot at Henry Dean at the last minute.

I noticed there were no hooks in the bathroom. This made hanging our towels inconvenient. The ceiling fan also looked quite dirty. A good cleaning would improve things.
