the airport shuttle service was very convenient! it ran frequently and was on time. the room was also very clean and spacious, which i appreciated. the proximity to a large shopping mall was also very convenient.

The check-in process was rather slow when i arrived. there seemed to be a lot of guests arriving at once. the breakfast options were somewhat limited. I would have liked more variety. also the walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times.

The room was not cleaned properly one day. This meant the service was missed! the magnetic key demagnetized often, needing frequent trips to the reception for re-initialization, inconvenient.
