EXCELLENT stay near the airport!

The location was GREAT! The nearby bus and metro stops gave streamlined access. The bathroom was super clean, stocked with quality toiletries. The hairdryer was POWERFUL!!!

dark color scheme overpriced taxi

the hotel is quite close to the airport metro stop, made getting around relatively easy.

The room i was assigned was far too dark. The color scheme, mainly browns and blacks, did not help. lighting in the room was inadequate.. this made it difficult to work or even relax comfortably. i also found the taxi to the airport overpriced for such a short ride.

the room was super clean and comfortable. the tv had apps like netflix and youtube. the gym was very good and i found the breakfast very reasonable (the coffee was very good!). it is very close to the metro.

the bed was very uncomfortable. it had a very hard and lumpy mattress. the room smelled as if someone had smoked in it and an excess of spray was used to hide the smell. the bathroom door would not stay shut.

airport proximity onsite parking attentive staff

we arrived at this location recently. its proximity to the airport and onsite parking were very important to us. the facility was very good and the staff were attentive. we found these aspects very helpful .

the breakfast options could use some improvement. the hot items like omelets and tortillas were cold. this occurred even when arriving right as breakfast service began. the yogurt was kept at room temperature, which raised concerns about food safety.
