i really liked how close this hotel was to everything. the shuttle service made getting to and from the airport easy. the staff sent a shuttle bus for us and completed an early check-in, it was very helpful after a delayed flight. the rooms were clean and well kept, and the public areas were very nice.
The pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable. The hotel needs new ones.

The hotel's airport pickup service was punctual. My room was spacious and very clean. I found a big, modern mall just an easy eight minute walk away. The hotel shuttle was very helpful. It picked me up quickly after I contacted the hotel upon arrival.
The wellness center had additional costs. It was €15 per person for 50 minutes.

the location of the hotel is convenient, close to the airport and it has a shuttle (i made sure to book a hotel that offered that).
I was disappointed with the state of the room. the towels had a bad smell, and they didn't feel clean to me (i even double-checked). also, the wifi was annoying to connect to. you have to first log in, then scan a code with an app. It was inconvenient with my laptop.

a free shuttle service to and from the airport IS VERY HELPFUL. the staff at the front desk were VERY helpful, especially with directions and information about local transportation.
The room had cardboard cups and instant coffee. I prefer real mugs and fresh coffee. the restaurant did not open until 8:30 pm, inconvenient after a long day of travel. there was no limited menu available during off hours.

The shuttle service to the airport was punctual and so convenient (made my early morning departure stress-free!). The room had ample space and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, made getting ready easy. I thought the restaurant provided very good food after a long travel day.
I noted the cups in the room were cardboard, so an upgrade to proper mugs would be a great improvement.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, very punctual I had good communication with the staff through email and phone prior to my stay The location was convenient for accessing the airport. The staff in the restaurant showed helpfulness and kindness during meal times.
I found that they forgot to restock coffee for the coffee machine in my room which was disappointing.
