Average stay with some issues
central control disruptive noise
The breakfast had a good variety of options.
The room temperature was centrally controlled and too warm for my liking i had to open the window to cool down the room. The noise from planes and trains passing by every 15 minutes was disruptive i found it hard to sleep. There were not enough plug sockets available in the room either i struggled to charge my devices

I was disappointed by a few things. first, the tv didn't work during my entire stay, despite my reporting it multiple times. also, the staff seemed quite rude, lacking any friendly conversation. They just scanned items and held up the card reader. it really detracted from my experience.

Acceptable stay

The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Staff were quite helpful with directions. The hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby (a nice touch).
The bathroom was quite small. The shower lacked water pressure. The in-room climate control seemed ineffective, maintaining a rather warm temperature. I also found the breakfast options somewhat limited (I would have liked more variety).

The staff was friendly and helpful . My room was a Moxy Sleeper Guest room 1 Queen. The location was convenient for accessing the DLR, a short walk away.
There were limited power sockets in the room. The temperature control seemed centralized, so adjusting the room temperature was not possible (it was too hot!). I found the lack of a phone in the room inconvenient.

Adequate stay with some issues
dlr station city center access night lights nice touch air conditioning lack staff member unprofessional behavior mirror socket inconvenience
The hotel is near the DLR station. This made accessing the city center simple. The room had motion sensor night lights at the bottom of the bed. This added a nice touch.
The hotel did not have air conditioning as advertised. The staff member laughed when I asked for help. There were no sockets located next to the mirrors. I could not use a hairdryer near a mirror.

cooked breakfast good bacon motion sensing
i found the cooked breakfast a great surprise. the bacon tasted very good. i also appreciated the early check-in as one room became available. the motion-sensing light under the bed works well during the night.
i noticed the room had a very slight dust issue.
