The welcome from the check-in staff was nice. I liked the red tee-shirts. the lobby area has modern lighting. It created a relaxed vibe. the television in the room was big. the beds are comfortable.

I found the room a bit too noisy at night. It was hard to sleep well. maybe, quieter rooms are on other floors.

the breakfast had plenty of choice and a nice cooked selection. the hotel restaurant offers good options. a korean restaurant just across the street had great food. it created a great atmosphere.

The staff were helpful, especially Jose and Faisal. They helped extend my check-out time. Jose even gave us free breakfast. The train station is very close and the bus stop is just outside.

The room lacked air conditioning, and it got too warm. They only gave us a fan.

The location of the hotel is fantastic near a metro station. My room included tea facilities. The room was very clean and modern. The bed in my room was particularly comfortable with its thick mattress topper.

The area around the hotel appears a bit scruffy so I hope the surroundings get some care.

The location proved convenient. It was very close to the tube station. The breakfast selection offered various choices. The team was very kind and helpful, too.

The bathroom design felt quite compact. It reminded me of an airplane toilet. Soundproofing was not very effective, the street noise was audible. I also saw some hairs in the bathroom. It wasn't ideal.

The hotel location was quite good for accessing the subway system. It made travel easier.

the room cleanliness was questionable i saw hairs in the sink and shower i felt uneasy about that it seemed the bathroom needed some updates the stained carpets were also off-putting and should be replaced additionally the lack of air conditioning made the room too hot a fan was offered but it wasn't enough in today's world, air conditioning should be standard

The breakfast offered numerous options. I found both meat and veggie choices readily available. The staff impressed me. They were mostly professional and kind. I appreciated the bag storage. It was very convenient. The location is GREAT. The Aldgate East metro is almost next door.
