mixed feelings about this stay

small room slow check-in

the room felt smaller than i expected the bathroom layout was unusual the toilet was right next to the bed which wasn't ideal the minibar wasn't well stocked only a few drinks were available the check-in process took longer than it should have i waited almost half an hour even with only one person ahead of me

The room was modern and looked quite nice. It was also clean. The room met my expectations.

I was disappointed with the double beds. They were actually two single beds pushed together. This arrangement was uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay, but for the price, I think it should have been much better.

amazing musical hotel experience

musical theme personal touch

i adored this hotel it was such a treat the hotel boasts a whimsical music theme visible everywhere from the themed elevators like rock and roll to the flamingo floor complete with a lola flores portrait the private lounges were also cleverly named like the cavern and the rolling stones each space added to the immersive musical experience. the manager greeted me as i departed and asked about my stay this personal touch really showed their dedication to great service and attention to detail.

i noticed that the layout of the bathroom places it right next to the bed this lack of separation impacts privacy within the room improving the bathroom's layout could significantly improve the experience.

the location is ideal as it is right next to both long distance trains and the metro station it's very convenient for travelling around the city or even going to other parts of the country this accessibility is a huge benefit. local taxis are available across the street from the hotel also.

the breakfast buffet offered a lovely selection of fresh and delicious food i was happy to see gluten-free options available the hotel also offered complementary refreshments like lemon or orange infused water and candies in the lounge area , made a difference. there is an outside bar restaurant area.

musical theme rock lift manager's touch pillow selection

i found the musical theme good. themed lifts like rock and roll made every ride a pleasure. the manager's personal touch as we departed really highlighted the attention to detail. our room was spacious with a selection of pillows.

i noticed the powerpoints in the room could benefit from clearer labeling.
