spacious layout top-quality menu really good helpfulness
The restaurant had a spacious layout. the menu offered top-quality choices. the staff showed really good helpfulness, and nothing seemed too difficult for them to accommodate my needs. The manager, jayne, proved pleasant and helpful.

a nice stay
good choice comfortable bed
the food was well presented with a good choice of options. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. i appreciated the charity prize donated for a brain tumour charity day. the manager's personal touch, it felt lovely.
I found that the pool was closed. i wish it could have been open . Perhaps next time it will be operational.

great kindness good menu close proximity
The staff showed great kindness . They seemed willing to help. The food was plentiful and the menu provided a good choice. A Tesco store and a pharmacy are close by.
The pool table's position is problematic since it is very close to the walls on two sides.

My room was large and felt warm. EVERYTHING worked! The shower pressure was adequate, and there was plenty of hot water. A large smart TV, a telephone, and tea and kettle facilities were present.

The hotel enjoys a NICE location! It is situated close to the town centre and beaches, offering convenient access. Bus stops are located outside the hotel. They provide frequent service to destinations like Truro.

dated and a bit disappointing
thin walls limited hours
the location was acceptable, a short walk from several beaches.
The room i had didn't quite match the photos. It felt very outdated. the walls seemed thin. I heard everything from the neighboring rooms, which wasn't ideal for a restful stay. i also found the bar had limited hours, closing quite early each day.
