Really good hospitality and convenient location

warm welcome local transportation convenient parking
Lorraine and Bryan offered a warm welcome upon arrival. I received useful information about local transportation and attractions. The on-site parking was convenient and very secure.
The tv remote was NOT working very well.

The room was clean and well-decorated with tasteful touches, including the cute pictures. It was a good size, offering ample space for luggage and movement, even with two occupants and the bed was REALLY comfortable.

Breakfast included multiple options such as a full English breakfast or lighter choices, like scrambled eggs. Toast came with various spreads, and orange juice was served in small bottles , made me very happy. The portion sizes were appropriate and filling.

issues needing attention

faulty shower considerable dust
the room looked nice initially, but several issues were present. the shower was inadequate. pressure and heat were lacking. additionally, the bathroom fan did not function and had accumulated dust. i also noticed considerable dust on the pictures, behind the radiator, and on the skirting. the bed felt lumpy, causing discomfort. some drawers contained hair, particularly the one with the hairdryer.

local restaurants quality ingredients good breakfast
The host provided excellent advice on local restaurants. The breakfast featured good quality ingredients and it was cooked well. Local shops are close to the hotel.
The bathroom fan was dusty.
