I found the hosts, rachael and chris, genuinely cute. They created a comfortable atmosphere. my room included a fridge, which i found useful for storing drinks. the tv offered many entertainment options.
i noticed slight stains on the bedding, though everything else was clean.

the location was good for reaching nearby spots.
the room was not good. the tv did not work and the shower had very low water pressure. stained bedding was also something i noticed.
