we got a sweet greeting from the receptionist. she took my little boy's hand as she showed us to our room! it was sooo clean and had plenty for the kids to do, so we booked again for november.
the room we received was awful. the wallpaper was peeling from the ceiling. the net curtains were black! honestly, we debated driving home.

the breakfast tasted gorgeous! it was a delight to start each day with such tasty food prepared with care, with a really lovely experience for all the guests.

our family room was spacious. the shower was good. the room was clean and well kept which enhanced the stay. it provided a relaxing space for our family.

the room was hot, and there was no fan. i found no air conditioning either. i found the room very small for a family room.

i found the staff friendly. The bar prices seemed reasonable. Our room was spacious. i slept well due to the comfortable beds. The tea and coffee facilities provided a good stock. We greatly appreciated the convenience.
the steep stairs presented a slight challenge for luggage. however, i managed with just a little care.
