friendly owners fab breakfast cold shower small room
The owners were super friendly and helpful, a real plus! Breakfast was also fab. I enjoyed it a lot. This hotel is lovely!
I had a cold shower. The water pressure was not great. my room was quite small, not what I expected.

a good embrace
modern bathroom excellent location
the family room it was so immaculate. our modern bathroom was just right and the beds reminded me of clouds. i could book parking in advance. it eased my worried mind and the location was close. the winter gardens and the tower glowed so near.

breakfast offered good value. the drinks were priced fairly. i enjoyed starting each day with the offerings they provided. it was like a comforting embrace to begin with.

friendly staff clean room delicious breakfast
I found the owners and staff friendly. They greeted us with smiles each morning. the rooms were clean, functional, and quite cozy. i found the breakfast to be delicious and fresh each day of my stay. i thought the hotel's proximity to the attractions was convenient.
the room was on the smaller side, only a minor issue.

The staff are very polite and willing to assist guests. they are particularly attentive to children. staff even offered breakfast on arrival. This was a nice touch. luggage storage is available, which adds convenience.

the family room was super clean with a modern bathroom. comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep for everyone. the breakfast included a good selection. a full english breakfast made to order. i appreciated the option of bookable parking.
The stairs creaked slightly. I noticed this at night.
