The room had a modern tv. Free streaming services were available on it. The window let in lots of natural light. I could see a lit tower at night from there.

There was no wardrobe in the room. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase.

It was my third stay. the location is excellent, very close to local attractions. i appreciated the codes to enter the building and the room. It avoids losing keys. the room included extra tea, coffee, and sugar.

I found that the room was initially cold. The radiator was off, and i had to call to resolve it.

Great Value and Perfect Location

I stayed in a super clean room. The bed was really comfortable. Jess, the receptionist, was so helpful. She even posted my daughter's jewellery back to us, so kind. The hotel's location is super close to the main attractions. I could easily walk to the seafront and town. It was also peaceful at night, which I loved.

The windows in my room would not shut properly. This made the room a bit cold. It needs fixing.

I received a warm and friendly welcome by helpful and informative staff every day. Tony and Jessie provided excellent service. They were always smiling and attentive. Everyone.
