comfy bed nice staff small room faulty television
The beds felt comfy to me. The staff members were nice (especially Rocky).
My room was a bit small. The television did not work properly.

perfect location local shop convenient tram stop helpful staff
The location was perfect. We could easily access local shops and amenities. the tram stop close to the hotel was convenient. the staff assisted us with getting our children up to the room. they offered an alternative solution, as the room we paid for was not initially available.
the tv was small with dislodged wires around it, though this was a very minor issue.

the hotel's proximity to both local shops and a tram stop provided excellent convenience. the south shore was also nearby. this location simplified travel and access to essential amenities, but the view was amazing!

clean kettle extra chairs
the room included a clean kettle. i noticed chairs were present in the room too.
the building itself didn't feel very nice, it could have been cleaner.
