The manager was nice. He was very polite and helpful. Attention to detail was perfect, including water, tea, coffee, and chocolates. The inclusion of an iron, ironing board, and a fully working fridge was very appreciable.

The room was on the fourth floor. The room could have been more cleaner, especially the bathroom. It need much attention, like holes in the wall, broken blinds, and worn furniture.

The fridge in the room was definitely useful, and i appreciated the inclusion of an iron with its board. The shower provided hot water consistently. i found the location central for accessing attractions. The multi-story car park, an eight minute walk, offered secure parking for a reasonable fee. the room had a quiet atmosphere, nice. the provided tea and coffee supplies was appreciated.

i noticed some areas could benefit from a refresh, particularly regarding paint and general modernizing, it was visible.

The room had a mini fridge which was very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful with luggage assistance. The room included everything needed for a short stay. The bed offered good comfort.

I noticed a doorway in the front passage to the neighboring hotel that was open.
