The location was quite convenient, close to attractions. The staff was friendly, addressing any concerns I had.. I also found free parking available, a definite plus. The basic amenities included a mini fridge and a kettle, which I found useful.

The television remote was missing. I needed to retrieve it from another room.

friendly staff useful fridge immediate service

staff helped me with my bags. a fridge was in my room. I asked for more teabags and got them immediately. the kettle was so useful I was able to.

The room was too cold. The window needs fixing to keep the wind out.

The room was very spacious and included a mini fridge. This was convenient! i found free parking, a fantastic added bonus. the location was also great. It's close to many main attractions. i had a comfortable bed. I got a good night's sleep.
