I found the location convenient, very close to the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful . I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Underground parking was available and resolved my parking worries.
I noticed the bathroom was a little small , but it was manageable.

I arrived late and they accomodated me for an extra night at short notice. The staff showed great professionalism and care . The hotel is very close to the train station, easy to get around.
The room I had was very small this time. It was on the second floor and felt a little dark without a view.

The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. it caused significant back pain. the pillows also gave me a headache. the bathroom was small. the shower was also small. I had difficulty moving freely.
