The room offered a comfortable bed and all the amenities I expected. The price quality ratio seemed great and the room was modern. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. I appreciated the 5-minute taxi ride from the airport, a great convenience..

The bar was closed when I arrived late around 11:30 PM due to my flight delay. No room service was available at that hour. I found this inconvenient. I left a Jellycat toy in the room. Hotel staff told me they could not find it, quite disappointing.

The bar was closed when I arrived late. There was no room service available at that hour, disappointing. I expected those services to be accessible.
