Excellent Stay Near the Central Station

polite staff excellent area nice room clean design

The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast area was excellent and the variety of foods offered was much appreciated. I had a nice room with a balcony. The room seemed clean and modern.

There was no hot water one morning when I wanted to shower.

the check-in process was easy and fast i received a complimentary bottle of water which i could refill at the front desk the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was also very spacious i appreciated the well-decorated space. i also found the location very convenient as it was close to transport links.

i experienced no hot water in the shower one morning it was an inconvenience.

I found the hotel offered a calm environment with meticulous attention to detail. i appreciated the staff's friendly and helpful service. i was given a room upgrade upon arrival, and it was clean, stylish, and spacious. breakfast included many choices with organic options. I especially liked the homemade cake.

One minor issue was the internet connection. It was not working for a full day (but honestly, i didn't mind too much).

cramped room limited breakfast selection

the staff were friendly enough. i found the location relatively convenient.

I was disappointed by several aspects of my stay. The room felt quite cramped and not particularly well kept. the bathroom was tiny and there was a strange odor in the room that persisted throughout my visit. also, the breakfast selection was limited and not very appealing.
