The room was clean and quite modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel offered a positive experience overall. I also liked the excellent Italian coffee that was available.

The soundproofing was not very good. I could hear noises from the hallway and the adjacent room. I also found no water or coffee in the room. The noise from a nearby bar was very loud until late at night.

The staff was helpful . I also found the complimentary coffee available at reception a nice addition, especially for a quick pick-me-up before heading out for the day. This saved me time in the mornings. The location proved convenient as well.

The noise from a nearby bar was noticeable until late at night. It. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

checking in was quick. staff were helpful. i felt safe. the room was good for a single room. a window. i liked a mirror and room to get ready. the bed was comfy. the bathroom was clean with a good mirror. there were many plug sockets and one was next to the bed.

noise came from the bar below until 2 am. sunday night was still loud. i barely slept due to bass music and a loud scene on the patio.

the location is convenient, in a calm neighborhood. it is only 20 minutes by foot to the duomo and city centre. 10 minutes by bus or tram. the bus stop is in front of the place.
