The room was clean and quite modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel offered a positive experience overall. I also liked the excellent Italian coffee that was available.

The soundproofing was not very good. I could hear noises from the hallway and the adjacent room. I also found no water or coffee in the room. The noise from a nearby bar was very loud until late at night.

i loved the free coffee and water available near reception! it really created a cute vibe. the location was super convenient.

the noise from a nearby bar kept me up until 2 am ugh. also, the walls seemed really thin. i could hear everything happening in the hallway!

The staff was helpful . I also found the complimentary coffee available at reception a nice addition, especially for a quick pick-me-up before heading out for the day. This saved me time in the mornings. The location proved convenient as well.

The noise from a nearby bar was noticeable until late at night. It. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

a nice hotel experience

helpful staff good window

checking in was quick. staff were helpful. i felt safe. the room was good for a single room. a window. i liked a mirror and room to get ready. the bed was comfy. the bathroom was clean with a good mirror. there were many plug sockets and one was next to the bed.

noise came from the bar below until 2 am. sunday night was still loud. i barely slept due to bass music and a loud scene on the patio.

the location is convenient, in a calm neighborhood. it is only 20 minutes by foot to the duomo and city centre. 10 minutes by bus or tram. the bus stop is in front of the place.

staff are nice and helpful. the hotel does not offer breakfast but gives free coffee and water. luggage storage is possible before check in and after check out. it is a big plus.

i liked the constant access to water and warm drinks such as tea. an espresso machine. the service throughout my stay was attentive. there are great coffee and chocolate options at reception.
