The staff were helpful. I appreciated that.

The location was bad. It was not near any public transport, and i had to hire a taxi every day. this was very expensive and inconvenient.

The room was spacious with a walk in wardrobe. I appreciated the extra space. the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with directions. the location was calm and quiet! i found it very relaxing after a busy day. breakfast had a nice choice of items. I especially liked the fresh pastries.

i found the food from the vending cooler near the pub to be a little expensive.

The staff demonstrated high service skills, especially giovanni and the waitress. They were very friendly! the hotel also provided a free upgrade, a pleasant surprise. i felt very welcomed.

fantastic hotel experience!

clean room friendly staff delicious food

the room was clean. the staff provided friendly service. i enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the restaurant and bar. the tv could rotate so i could watch from the sofa or the bed.

the hotel is quite far from the center so i had to take taxis.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! a member of staff brought a cake with a candle one morning. andrea helped us with directions. It was so nice.

international selection excellent customer service room key uncomfortable issue

The breakfast offered an international selection. The rooms are kept very clean, a welcome sight. I especially liked how the hotel looked pristine. Customer service was always excellent in every area.

The room's key was opened by my neighbor. This felt strange and uncomfortable. I complained about this issue to the duty manager. Thankfully, she addressed the situation well, so the issue were solved.
