The room was very clean. i appreciated the tram stop being so close. It was very convenient. the staff was also very kind and pleasant.

the rooms were not being cleaned regularly. i had to request towels and toilet paper at reception daily. there was essentially no room service .

I liked having 24hr access to the lobby it seemed very well organized. a good cafe is on the ground floor. It sells good coffee and pastries. the price seemed reasonable given that it was close to the center by tram and bus. it took about 20mins to get to the duomo!

The location had easy access to the city center!!! A supermarket was right opposite the hotel. I found a microwave oven in the room, very useful. The gym and outdoor space were nice.

The room was not adequately cleaned when I arrived. I found hair and a dirty towel on the shelves. The provided sheet was too small for a double bed. I was not happy with the level of cleanliness overall.

not bad but some things need fixing

The room wasn't perfect. The shower head wasn't properly attached and kept detaching. the gym had a pool table but it was in very bad condition. plus, there was no fridge anywhere, not even a shared one, so keeping food cold was impossible.
