the staff were polite. the location was very central, it was so easy to get to the central station. housekeeping was regular. the air conditioning worked.

the rooms are not brightly lit, i noticed. it was cold. this was already in the description, i know, but still a shame.

Fantastic Location, Simple and Sufficient Room!

I found the location amazing! It is in the central part of the city. The walk to Duomo was simple, and I saw two metro stations nearby. My room was simple, yet sufficient. I really liked the view from my room overlooking the square.

The walls looked cracked and showed some streaks. It was nothing major, but I noticed it.

The Double or Twin Room features two separate beds with fresh linens. I noticed the room included a small writing desk and a wardrobe for storage. The room has large windows that provide a view of the surrounding area, it is great.

I found the hotel's location very convenient. It's close to many main attractions. The staff was helpful. They provided quick assistance when i asked for directions. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. I also appreciated the fast wifi service for remote work .

The bathroom was a bit small and lacked shelving space.
