amazing stay in the city!

davide really helped us navigate the area. he offered fantastic recommendations for local eateries and entertainment. the hotel's location is super central (i was so excited!). a quick walk gets you to iconic spots, i will definitely book again.
i noticed some noise from the nearby tram line early in the morning. it started pretty early, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

the hotel is within walking distance of major attractions in the city. good coffee shops and pizza places are nearby if you want something quick and easy. it's a great base for exploring.

We booked two rooms and both were very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We were in a good location to explore the city. We also loved the location because it was near many attractions.
I am writing about the handling of my reservation for a group, with a significant cost. I understand that free cancellation was not included. The inability to cancel without a penalty reflected poorly on customer service policies.

The building has a beautiful historic presence. The breakfast included many options for everyone. I found really good value for money there. It kinda surprised me. Nadia assisted me.
The shower is very small. I am not sure how larger guests manage.

I loved the location. It was amazing! it was very central and close to most tourist spots. the prices were super low too, and the rooms were good. i appreciate the daily cleaning provided to keep my room tidy.
It definitely needs an upgrade to accommodate more people and luggage at once.
