a treasure in the heart of everything
central location comfortable bed clean room
I loved the location. It was a short walk to the train station to the airport. It was also only ten minutes from the duomo and the city center. The historic building was romantic. My room was clean with a comfortable bed.
The lift felt a bit small at times.

The continental breakfast presented many options. I saw a lot of variety. The breakfast room was in the basement, giving it a cozy, intimate atmosphere for starting the day.

The hotel boasts a super helpful staff. They gave good advice. This. The location is near all the shopping, close enough to the cathedral, yet far enough from everything.

amazing stay in the city!
local eateries fantastic recommendation
davide really helped us navigate the area. he offered fantastic recommendations for local eateries and entertainment. the hotel's location is super central (i was so excited!). a quick walk gets you to iconic spots, i will definitely book again.
i noticed some noise from the nearby tram line early in the morning. it started pretty early, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

train station tidy room
The hotel is close to the train station. I walked to the Duomo in just ten minutes from the building. The room was tidy.

Central Location and Spacious Rooms
spacious rooms comfortable beds great location
We booked two rooms and both were very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We were in a good location to explore the city. We also loved the location because it was near many attractions.
I am writing about the handling of my reservation for a group, with a significant cost. I understand that free cancellation was not included. The inability to cancel without a penalty reflected poorly on customer service policies.

historic building breakfast options
The building has a beautiful historic presence. The breakfast included many options for everyone. I found really good value for money there. It actually surprised me. Nadia assisted me.
The shower is very small. I am not sure how larger guests manage.

great location tourist spots daily cleaning
I loved the location. It was amazing! it was very central and close to most tourist spots. the prices were super low too, and the rooms were good. i appreciate the daily cleaning provided to keep my room tidy.
The lift was tiny. It definitely needs an upgrade to accommodate more people and luggage at once.
