the location was adequate with bus routes nearby.

the building felt noisy. there was constant noise, it made sleeping difficult. also, the shower water wasnt hot enough, especially given how cold it got.

uneven stay with some disappointments

location was accessible to transport. a bus route to city centre and anfield were straightforward.

i found that cleanliness was lacking. the room did not seemed properly swept, and the shared bathroom had significant black mold in the shower and floor grouting.

the location worked for getting around town I guess

i was frustrated with the noise constantly present in the building I don't know if it was the pipes but it was hard to sleep the walls seemed thin

firm bed excellent shower

the bed felt firm. the room had plenty of towels. there were lots of buses to the city centre just a short walk away from the accommodation! the shared bathroom was excellent and contained a very good shower.

i noticed more dust than i wanted! both in the common and private areas.

adequate, but some issues

the location was convenient with frequent buses to the city center. it was only a short walk to the bus stop.

the noise was a real problem. i don't know if it was the pipes or what, but there was constant noise in the building. my room was right by the entrance, so i heard people coming and going all the time. it made sleeping difficult.

The room was a good size. The bed was firm and comfortable. I appreciated the provided towels. I found many buses to the city center just a short walk away from the hotel (this made getting around really easy).

I found the walls thin, so I could hear other people in the building. This was only slightly annoying. It didn't really affect my sleep quality.

Communication was friendly. The instruction for entering the room was simple and clear. I appreciate that they quickly responded to every question I had, even without meeting in person, as they were very helpful on the phone.

The shared bathroom on the hall was clean. The kitchenette on the landing was great. I appreciated the fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave (the provided tea bags were a nice touch). Free street parking was available right outside the hotel.
