amazing broadway visit

i thought the location was very nice. it had a subway was located right next to the place. ben at reception was very helpful letting me know about the hotel. he told me about what was close to the perfect location.

i paid for the penthouse suite, but received the incorrect one. they stated they would adjust the amount, but never did. it was disappointing the air conditioning was not working.

the pub provides a daily drink, and i could try a few beers. an irish pub is downstairs, pretty convenient. it made it easier for a quick bite or refreshment anytime.

My Queen Room was clean. The staff was great! They were really nice too be helpful ambassadors for the city. I appreciated that they provided recommendations for nearby attractions.

The room was much smaller than expected. The window emitted no natural light. I also found it quite dated and worn.

Acceptable Stay Near the Theater District

The staff was friendly and helpful. Antonio gave excellent recommendations for local spots. The location was very convenient for exploring. The subway was right across the street. Free coffee was available at the local bar in the premises.

The room was small. The only small window faced the wall of another building, so it was very dark. The air conditioning unit was old. I could set it to either very cold or barely noticeable, problematic since I could not open the window.
