My Queen Room was clean. The staff was great! They were very good too be helpful ambassadors for the city. I appreciated that they provided recommendations for nearby attractions.

The room was much smaller than expected. The window emitted no natural light. I also found it quite dated and worn.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Antonio gave excellent recommendations for local spots. The location was very convenient for exploring. The subway was right across the street. Free coffee was available at the local bar in the premises.

The room was small. The only small window faced the wall of another building, so it was very dark. The air conditioning unit was old. I could set it to either very cold or barely noticeable, problematic since I could not open the window.
